Davide Cerretini decided to fight Yelp.

After he refused to pay Yelp and his 5-star reviews disappeared, the owner of Botto Bistro decided to flip the script. He asked people to leave one-star reviews.

This move generated media attention and blew up his business. Come to find out, many people feel Yelp isn’t fair and holds small businesses hostage.
